There are 5 types of Recharge Packs. There are 3 Dragon Packs; 3 Character Packs; 3 Wheel o' Loot Packs; 4 Beast Packs; 4 Material Packs; and 4 Builders Packs.
To open the Recharge shop use the command [nya!recharge shop] and below the shops title will be how much you have in Recharge cash. Once you have picked your pack using one of the commands below, Neko will reply with what the Pack offers and will also ask you to Confirm your selection. Type Confirm to collect those items.
